How to get rid of a Spirit

Spirits are Souls of the Deceased sometimes  Souls get lost from leaving our plane of existence and going to the next world, most are harmless and eventually the powers that be send someone to retrieve them to help them  to where they are suppose to go.

Problem is sometimes a Soul does not want to Rest or move on and they become Insane over the years and turn into Vengeful spirits called Ghosts, Wraiths, Spectres, or eventually Poltergeists.


This is a Ritual Spell to rid the home of unwanted Spirits no matter the type of spirit 
now there is a debate what happens to a spirit when you do this
after doing much research on this topic  the spirit/s  is forced to leave and go to the next plane of existence


You need 
a Glass Jar  Quart size or larger for best results,  Do not use plastic it must be Glass. 
Sea Salt  

1 sprig of rosemary
1 sprig of white or purple Sage
1 sprig of lavender 
3 cinnamon sticks

Mix the herbs above  together  and mix with salt and put in a glass jar  ( mason jar works great )
you also need

3 white candles
3 Sage Sticks  or Sage Incense sticks
Banishing oil see below

banishing oil recipe
1 teaspoon Dragon's Blood resin (finely powdered) 
1/4 teaspoon Rose oil 
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon oil 
1/4  teaspoon Bay oil 
1/4 teaspoon almond oil
1/4 sage oil
1 teaspoon garlic oil  Important you want garlic oil not garlic minced  
1 egg shell cleaned, dried and crushed
1 sea shell  it doesn't matter what kind of sea shell  Crushed into a powder 

Mix the above in a jar 

use it anoint objects and Candles 

To begin this ritual  open your circle as you normally would  invoke your Goddess and Gods  in your manner 

Place the Jar of Salt and herbs on your altar or Sacred spot
  anoint your candles with the banishing oil  and light them

and Repeat the following three times  while burning  sage sticks or incense


 I call on The Goddess and God/s  ( insert name of your deity ) 
To banish what’s not welcome here.
By this candle,  ( hold up Candle )   with this charm,
I banish all that would cause harm.

 ( Raise hands above head )

Send unwanted things away
Go from my home,
go far, don't come near.
Stay away, please keep clear.
This is my will, so mote it be.' 

Close your circle and thank your Goddess/ Gods for helping you
allow the candles to burn out on their own.
