Rune Healing stone

this allows you to turn any Stone or amulet into a Healing , Protection talisman 

What you will need: any stone , or sea glass works too
To make the healing stone: take a stone I like to use stones I collect from the Ocean or a Lake or River as Water is Healing but you can use any natural stone

The Runes
Algiz ( Rune of Protection )
Sowilo ( Rune of Health )
Ansuz ( Rune of Strength and Protection )

Carve the Runes onto the Stone ( or object you wish to use )
use a Dremel Drill bit for stone go slow and gentle and take your time.

Light a candle and say the following

Hail Odin, Father and wise one , Master of the Runes
I welcome You, May Your Valkyries find me worthy
When the web of my life is cut.
Through Your Gift we glimpse the web of Wyrd
So do i seek the knowledge Your Staves reveal.
( Raise amulet )
Patron to the skalds,Spear Shaker
Bringer of the mead of inspiration
May my words be pleasing to Your ears.
Accept my offering, O Father and bless me with your Wisdom.
Bring forth that which is good, and sustaining
For every living thing
